Newport RI 9/19 to present HAPPY 50th BEN!!!!!

HAPPY 50th CHICKEN!!!!! There is no way in HELL this trip would have been possible with you as our fearless mechanic, electrician, engineer and diver!!!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for your general enthusiasm, deep nautical knowledge, love of crazy mutts and being a BAD ASS GIRL DAD!!!!

Beautiful passage down from Marion to Newport. We spent the afternoon at the Newport Boat Show touring million dollar yachts. It was SOOOOO entertaining:) The people watching was TOP NOTCH! We also got a great leads on a winter cover for the boat for when we return back to Maine next year. Since the kids have now Kent done time on our boat, their appreciation for large, clean and organized engine rooms was sooooo awesome!!! Someday kids! Keep playing the Lotto!

Newport harbor has endless unbelievable boat entertainment from mega yachts to every kind of floating craft.

We were also welcomed by Zoe Steel and Teak Ackman & family (Maru, Isla, Ryder, DD & Zennen and their dogs Fraya & Lola), dear friends from Chewonki (kids summer camp). They are responsible for infecting Lulu with an obsession of Newport & St George’s School 5 years ago when she first visited them:)
